Contractor Notes

We worked on the original renovation project which was a rear extension with new kitchen and utility room. We prepared the subfloor and laid a beautiful herringbone LVT to the entire ground floor as it was then. We also carpeted the first floor which comprised of three bedrooms, landing and stairs.

After a further two storey extension to the side of the building and a loft conversion, we returned to extend the LVT flooring on the ground floor into the extension. We also  carpeted the loft rooms and stairs and recarpeted the first floor bedrooms adding a runner to the stairs down to the ground floor.
