New carpets should initially be hoovered at least once a week but preferably more in areas of high traffic. This is because all new carpets will lose some fibres and if these are not removed quickly enough they can be rubbed back into the carpet and cause matting/bobbling.
Cleaning advice will be given at the time of sale. For example, our man made bleach cleanable carpets are just that and can literally be cleaned with diluted bleach.
If you purchase one of our carpets that are covered under a specific warranty, we will register this on your behalf (with your permission) and provide you with the necessary details.
