Yes we can. Our staff are very knowledgeable about how to look after the different types of flooring and we have leaflets and/or website links for each manufacturer too. We also sell a wide range of cleaning products in our online shop.
If you’re having new carpet fitted, it makes sense to have the underlay replaced too as it can greatly increase the life of your new carpet. If there are signs of wear in your existing underlay, your carpet will wear unevenly in those areas, which will be noticeable. More modern underlays offer great sound reduction and heat insulation too.

For carpet, we need the measurements of the widest and the longest parts of the room. You need to make sure you go into any recesses or alcoves and don’t forget to go to the threshold in the doorway.
For areas having hard flooring, we recommend you let our estimator visit and take measurements. This is because they take into account areas such as fireplaces and it can also be used as an opportunity to assess the subfloor conditions to give an accurate price.
